Supported Tools: The Company supports various 2FA applications, including Google Authenticator and Authy.

  2. Customer Responsibilities Maintaining 2FA: Customers must keep 2FA active on their accounts and ensure their authentication devices are secure. Regular Password Updates: Customers are encouraged to update passwords regularly and use strong passwords. Keeping Contact Information Updated: Customers must keep their contact information updated to be notified in case of security incidents. Configuring Backups: Customers are responsible for configuring and maintaining backups of their own sites and databases.

  3. Security Breach Procedures Incident Reporting: Any security incident or suspicious activity must be reported to the Company immediately. Investigation and Remediation: The Company will investigate all reported incidents and take necessary measures to resolve them.
